Job Description & Responsibilities
- The Azure Data Engineer in GTS - DES is an entry-level position for fresh graduates from premium Engineering institutes. Individual will join the GDC Technology Solutions (GTS) team, supporting the Clients in Data & Analytics Audit/ Financial domain. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop foundational skills in ETL, building data pipelines, Data Engineering Services on Azure cloud platform
- Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Azure Data Factory and Databricks under senior support
- Support the development and maintenance of Python/PySpark notebooks for basic business logic.
- Help integrate data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) into Azure-based workflows
- Support Audit teams on Financial D&A and insights using multiple technologies
- Support clients with medium complexity and data size and strive to pick up complex clients
- Assist Audit engagement teams in data extraction process by coordinating with the Client’s IT teams and other technical leads
Qualifications

- Educational qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/MCA from Premium institutes like IITs and Dual degree (B.Tech+ MBA) from IITs, NMIMS etc.
