Job Description & Responsibilities

You will join our team to build the data foundation for our organization’s AI initiatives by modernizing how we handle and distribute people data.
Hands-on experience in a unique environment- Oracle Data Warehouses and modern Google Cloud Data Lakes.
Design and implement data transformation pipelines, manage system integrations, and contribute to the architectural evolution required for advanced analytics.
Directly influence how we leverage data to make informed decisions. By ensuring our data is clean, accessible, and AI-ready, you are helping build the future of our company.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and data manipulation).
Foundational experience with at least one programming language commonly used in data pipelines, such as Python or Java.
A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., ETL/ELT processes, schema design, and data modeling) and familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
