Job Description & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client onboarding, from requirement gathering and solution design to platform configuration, UAT, and production go-live
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to map client needs
- Design custom conversation flows and integration logic for clients
- Develop POCs and prototypes for development
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack
- Build technical solutions to bridge gaps between our platform and client systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in software engineering or forward deployed engineering or a client-facing technical delivery role in a B2B SaaS or AI product company
- Proficiency in Python and/or Go with hands-on experience building and debugging technical systems
- Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes)
