Job Description & Responsibilities
- Supporting in new deal execution which involves timely approval, coordinating with various stakeholders like CRM, MRM, BLAFC, Legal and Finance and resolving any queries which may arise
- Preparing business decks, assisting in credit memo and RFP submissions
- Assist business in legal document review to ensure these correctly represent commercial and legal terms
- Performing pre-deal background research which will help in decision making and approval
- Owning any day-to-day function which may arise as business requirement
Qualifications
- Preference for candidates who understand fundamental of financial markets and products
- Ability to interact with people from different businesses/disciplines acting consistently throughout the organization
- Flexible mindset to work under pressure in a rapidly changing business environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills
- Exceptional time management skills, and proven ability to juggle competing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
