Job Description & Responsibilities
- Process all client inbound requests via our case management email system and telephony hotlines to address deals and support requests in demanding timeframes. (US/APAC/EMEA)
- Conducting research on potential investors, analyzing financial data and market trends to identify potential leads.
- Generating detailed and accurate reports on potential investors, providing insights and recommendations to our clients.
- The team member will be responsible for meeting strict deadlines for generating and delivering reports, ensuring that the information provided is timely and relevant.
- The team member will be maintaining trackers of missing data and need to work with internal team to procure and update the database to generate revenue.
- Partner with Product/Support teams to prioritize, track and resolve production issues, to extinguish client interruptions.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to all levels of management and clientele.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and market research.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze large volumes of financial data.
- A bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
