Job Description & Responsibilities
- Support and Execute Studies: Assist in planning, designing, and conducting generative and evaluative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral metrics to build user personas, task analyses, and user journey maps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure user needs are integrated into product roadmaps.
- Research Operations Support: Help organize participant recruitment pipelines, coordinate study logistics, and manage internal research repositories.
