Job Description & Responsibilities

Monitor SQL Server instances to ensure database availability and health checks

Perform basic health checks on SQL Server instances

Monitor and respond to alerts related to SQL Server

Perform basic troubleshooting for common SQL Server issues

Assist in handling incidents and service requests through ticketing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–1 year of experience in IT support, database support, or related roles
Freshers with basic SQL knowledge and relevant training/certifications are encouraged to apply
